Isaac Lumbard
Isaac joined Excel Engineering in 2002. Isaac has an Associates Degree from Indian Hills Community College in Diesel Engine Technology. Isaac's primary role is building tractor pulling turbos and engines. He is also the leader of all mobile data acquisition projects.
