Excel Engineering offers fully automated transmission testing. We can perform full system level powertrain testing including your firing engine and transmission / transaxle. We can also perform transmission component testing using a motoring dynamometer to drive the input shaft and a second dynamometer to provide a load. We up to 700 HP input power with our motoring dynamometer and single or dual configuration absorbing dynamometers.

Our facility allows customers to collect in use vehicle data and generate advanced fully transient drive cycles. We can simulate vehicle weight and inertia loads.
